Why Barton

A Better Way to Plan Your New Bathroom

A new bathroom involves far more than choosing a bath, shower and tiles. The layout needs to work, storage needs to make sense and every product needs to fit both the room and the people using it.

At Barton Design Centre, you can talk everything through with Tony before making those decisions. Visit our Barton on Sea showroom, explain what you would like to change and we'll help you bring the room together — from the initial design and product selection through to complete fitting if required.

And because our bathroom products are available to customers at trade prices, you don't have to choose between experienced advice and competitive pricing.

Quality Bathroom Products. Trade Prices.

You don't need to be a plumber or bathroom fitter to benefit from trade pricing at Barton Design Centre.

Whether you're buying a complete bathroom for your own installer or asking us to arrange the full fitting, the bathroom products are supplied at trade prices.

That means you can combine competitive product pricing with Tony's experience and advice — rather than trying to piece the bathroom together from different online suppliers.

The Person Behind Barton

Bathroom Experience That Goes Back to 1971

Tony Quinn started working on a plumbing counter in 1971 at just 15 years old. Eighteen months later he moved into the bathroom showroom, becoming manager in 1974 before opening his first bathroom showroom in 1984.

More than five decades later, he's still helping customers work out how to make their bathrooms better.

That experience becomes particularly valuable when a room isn't straightforward. Small space? Awkward layout? Replacing a bath with a walk-in shower? Need something easier to use without making the bathroom feel clinical?

"No Problems, Only Solutions."

For the Years Ahead

Bathrooms That Work for the Years Ahead

Sometimes improving a bathroom isn't about making it look different. It's about making everyday life easier.

Tony has extensive experience helping customers adapt bathrooms around changing needs — from replacing a bath with an easy-access walk-in shower to reconsidering layouts, storage and fittings.

The result doesn't need to look clinical. A thoughtfully designed accessible bathroom can be comfortable, attractive and easier to use now and in the years ahead.

Thinking About a New Bathroom?
